TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
On the nose, this Cabernet Franc offers intense aromas of cassis and wild red berries, layered with savory herbs and a hint of spice. Those familiar tomato-leaf notes typical of Cabernet Franc appear alongside subtle wild herb character. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and concentrated. Flavours of juicy cherry and raspberry combine with fresh acidity and well-rounded, soft tannins. The finish lingers pleasantly, offering complexity without being overpowering.
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled meats like pork or beef, and also complements pasta dishes in tomato sauce, roasted poultry, or mushroom-based dishes. It works wonderfully with medium-aged cheeses or charcuterie boards. Serve it at around 16–18°C to reveal both its fruit depth and its gentle herbal edge.
