Adobe Organic Viognier

Adobe organic Viognier is a fantastic wine from Chile’s Valle Central.

The grapes that went into this wine were picked by hand at early-April, when the fruit had reached its optimal degree of ripeness. Fermentation took place with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks, in Emiliana’s Las Palmeras winery. 

This wonderful organic Viognier is pale yellow in colour with a nose that presents fruity aromas recalling orange, nectarine and white peach with honeysuckle and jasmine notes. The refreshing palate shows this is a wine full of character, with concentrated flavours and a lovely balanced acidity.

Emiliana are a great producer and the Adobe range is dedicated to sustainability and organic agriculture. This wine is also suitable for vegans.
