TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
Bright red and dark fruit on the nose – think cherry, plum and a hint of spice – backed by subtle earthy notes. On the palate, it shows vivid fruit, lively acidity and gentle, light tannins, making for a fresh, balanced wine with a clean finish.
