Bottega Bitter is an Italian aperitif‑style liqueur crafted by Bottega in Veneto. It combines a carefully balanced infusion of bitter herbs, spices, aromatic plants, and fruit with neutral alcohol. The result is a bold, aromatic bitter with a vibrant ruby‑red colour and a deeply herbal character. On the nose, Bottega Bitter shows citrus hints – chinotto and cedar – along with fragrant pomegranate notes and intense spicy undertones. On the palate, the flavours remain aromatic and citrus-herbal, balanced by a refined bitterness that carries through to the finish. Serve chilled (6–7 °C), with soda or tonic water and a slice of orange.
