The Riviera by Cantine de Palma is a semi-sweet sparkling Italian white wine from the Campania region. This sparkling wine is made with the Charmat Method, which helps it deliver a fresh and crisp taste.

Flavours comprise of pineapple, citrus, green apple and honeysuckle combine and burst through the soft, smooth fizz for a lively palate. The added sugar content help make this sparkling sweet, yet not cloying. The refreshing acidity in this bottle balances the sweetness. 

This sweet sparkling wine is a great accompaniment for medium curries, duck liver paté or just on its own!
