Domaine de La Brossette Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, refreshing wine from the Touraine region in the Loire Valley. Crafted by the Delaunay family at their small organic estate, it captures the purity and vibrancy of Sauvignon Blanc while remaining grounded in classic French terroir. Although the estate’s own vineyard is planted with Gamay and Cabernet Franc, they source this Sauvignon Blanc from neighbouring organic growers in the Cher Valley, allowing them to offer a clean, fruit-driven Loire white without compromising their estate’s philosophy.

TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
On the nose, this Touraine Sauvignon Blanc bursts with aromas of citrus blossom, greengage, and fresh lemon, complemented by delicate herbal hints and mineral undertones. The palate is crisp and lively, with bright acidity and clean fruit flavours including white peach and green apple. A subtle stony minerality gives it extra lift and makes the finish clean and refreshing.
This wine pairs beautifully with seafood – especially shellfish, oysters, or chilled prawns. It also works wonderfully with goat’s cheese, summer salads, or light starters. Because of its zesty acidity, it’s a great option for an aperitif or a long, sunny lunch. Serve at around 10–12 °C to highlight its aromatics and mineral qualities.
