Horgelus Rouge De Gala

For those of you unaware with Cotes De Gascogne, it’s an underrated wine producing area, just inland, east of Bordeaux. Here, they grow many of the same grapes that are grown in Bordeaux and we really love it.

Horgelus Rouge de Gala is a blend of Cab Sauv, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Tannat. This blend creates an elegant, spicy wine, revealing intense notes of blackberry and blackcurrant. The addition of the Tannat grape provides rich, yet smooth tannins, which help give depth and complexity to the wine.
