This is quite frankly a brilliant & mature Shiraz from Elderton Estate.
Having spent the best part of two decades ageing in the bottle, it boasts beautiful rich baked fruit aromas, coupled with touches of dark chocolate and hints of anise.
The hot climate in the Barossa valley has produced a lovely full-bodied wine with pronounced, yet not over whelming tannins. This is perfect for drinking now!
