TASTING NOTES & IDEAL SERVING
Filey Bay IPA Finish opens with inviting aromas of green apple, fresh pear drops, lemon cake, and a hint of biscuit. Subtle hop-derived notes give a gentle bitterness that balances the fruit and sweetness. On the palate, expect crunchy orchard fruits, soft malt-derived biscuit/bready texture, delicate citrus hints, and a slight hoppy edge that lingers. The finish stays light, bright and slightly dry, with a refreshing mix of fruit, malt and hop-tinged bitterness.
Serve neat or with a large ice cube to let the fruit-sweetness shine while the hops offer gentle balance. It also works well in long drinks or whisky-cocktails where you want a lighter, fresher style – especially good for summer sipping or casual pours.
