TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
On the nose, this Torrontés shows bright aromas of white peach, jasmine or rose‑petal florals, and soft tropical fruit. On the palate, it’s crisp and refreshing with flavours of peach, apricot, and citrus, balanced by good acidity and a clean, mineral‑tinged finish.
This wine pairs especially well with seafood, shellfish, ceviche, grilled fish, light salads, and dishes with herbs or citrus. It also makes a refreshing aperitif when served chilled at around 8–10 °C.
