TASTING NOTES & PAIRINGS
This rare 1968 Graham’s Malvedos Vintage Port displays a rich dark ruby colour with an elegant, mature profile characterised by complex jammy red fruits complemented by notes of coffee and burnt sugar. On the palate, it shows medium body with depth and finesse, revealing layers of sweet dark fruit and subtle spice.
Serve slightly chilled after decanting to separate any sediment. Pair with rich desserts such as cheesecake or dark chocolate torte, or with traditional Stilton and other blue cheeses. It’s also exceptionally enjoyed on its own as a contemplative after-dinner sipper.
