Hepple Gin is a bold, juniper-led gin with a vibrant and refreshingly herbaceous character. The nose opens with bright lemon peel, fresh pine, and cracked black pepper, leading into a palate of coriander seed, sherbet lemon, and resinous juniper. The finish is long and lively, with lingering citrus, pine, and a gentle touch of warming cinnamon.
Serve over ice with premium tonic water and a twist of lemon or a sprig of fresh rosemary to enhance its botanical complexity. It also makes an exceptional Martini and pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, oysters, grilled seafood, and herb-roasted chicken.
