TASTING NOTES & IDEAL SERVING
On the nose, expect bright piney juniper and fir with hints of citrus and aromatic cardamom. Fresh grapefruit, citrus and forest-like pine introduce a clean, natural character.
On the palate, hawthorn, birch and fir back up the initial juniper wave, giving way to warming cassia and bay. The finish is long, smooth and citric, with bay leaf and subtle earthy tones from the local botanicals.
A generous measure of 1881 Hydro Gin over ice, topped with premium tonic water and garnished with a wedge of pink grapefruit. The crisp water, piney botanicals and citrus twist make an elegant G&T – perfect for warm afternoons or evening chill-outs.
