TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
On the nose, expect bold aromas of warm berry pie and loads of blueberry, combined with touches of vanilla and a gentle peppery spice. The richness continues on the palate, where lush dark berries meet dark chocolate, warm cedar, and a subtle hint of oak vanilla. Despite its density, the wine finishes smoothly, with moderate but well-managed tannins.
This Petite Sirah pairs beautifully with hearty and flavourful food. Try it with grilled meats, barbecued ribs, or smoked brisket. It also works well with dark chocolate desserts, hearty stews, or rich cheeses. Serve at around 16–18 °C to let its dark fruit and spice unfold fully.
