TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
Perfumed waves of crushed rock and dried flowers open into a core of intense black fruits – blackberry and black cherry – with subtle spice and mineral nuance. The texture is sumptuous, layered, with beautifully composed tannins and a lingering finish.
Pair with rich meats such as roast beef or lamb, game like venison, or hearty stews. It also works superbly with mature cheeses or dishes featuring mushrooms and earthy notes.
