TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
On the nose, expect ripe, plummy fruit, fig‑like richness and warm spice. The palate is smooth yet powerful, with dark berry fruit, savoury herbal nuance and a generous finish. The tannins are balanced, giving structure without overpowering the fruit.
Pair this wine with hearty dishes – think lamb tagine, cassoulet, grilled steak or wild boar stew. It also works beautifully with aged cheeses and rich, meaty pâtés.
