Color: Pale yellow with a bright green tone
Nose: An aromatic bouquet with notes of citrus, lemon, mandarin and biscuit
Mouth: Great intensity and good length on the palate. Well structured structured, with notes of lemon and grapefruit.
Jose Michel & Fils Brut Tradition is an extremely palatable NV Champagne. It’s grape makeup is very similar to the demi-sec, however has considerable less sugar in.
Based just outside of Epernay, Jose Michel is a family owned winery who first started planting vines back in 1847. Paul Michel, first bottled their amazing Champagne in 1912 and since then they have been creating exceptional fizz ever since. These days, Jose Michel (Grandson to Paul) is the chief winemaker and has been in the role since 1955. With help from his children and grandchildren, he still oversees all parts of production.
