This champagne is demi-sec so will be slightly sweeter than those that display ‘Brut’ on the label
Based just outside of Eperney, Jose Michel is a family owned winery who first started planting vines back in 1847. Paul Michel, first bottled their amazing Champagne in 1912 and since then they have been creating exceptional fizz ever since. These days, Jose Michel (Grandson to Paul) is the chief winemaker and has been in the role since 1955. With help from his children and grandchildren, he still oversees all parts of production.
