TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
Blanc de l’Observatoire opens with fresh aromas of citrus, stone fruit, and floral highlights – think lemon zest, white blossoms, and soft Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is crisp and light, with juicy fruit flavours, clean minerality, and a refreshing, clean finish. A subtle nutty or hazelnut note may add a slightly savoury edge on the finish.
This wine pairs beautifully with mezze, grilled fish, seafood, vegetarian dishes or light Mediterranean meals. It also works well as a chilled aperitif. Serve chilled at about 8–10 °C to make the most of its freshness and florality.
