Miopasso Appassimento Nero d’Avola

This wine is made with a selection of premium Nero d’Avola grapes from vineyards in the Agrigento and Vittoria areas. A percentage of these grapes were partially dried before vinification, which gives this wine a lovely rich and concentrated flavour.

Nero d’Avola is the hero grape of Sicily and is know for being full-bodied, rich and intense. Appassimento drying is as technique used in order to concentrate the juice in the grapes, to help bring out richer flavours.

This wine is vegan friendly
