The vineyards lie on clay-rich, alkaline soils, benefiting from cool nights, warm days and altitude-driven freshness. The name “Mountain Fish” reflects a stream of mountain fish that flows past the vineyards.

TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
Bright wild cherry, sour cherry and red berry aromas meet subtle spice and a touch of clove. On the palate, the wine is fresh and pure, with juicy red fruits, lively acidity and smooth but friendly tannins. The finish is clean, mineral-tinged and food-friendly.
