Nederburg Manor Cabernet

Nederburg The Manor Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were sourced from Paarl and Wellington vineyards in the Western Cape, planted on granitic soils with southerly facing slopes. Upon completion of the malolactic fermentation the wine was matured in oak for a period of approximately 12 months.
