The Symphony grape is a cross between Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris, so expect a very aromatic medium-dry white wine with nice body to it

1 x Entreflores 2018 Verdejo. Spain, 75cl, 13.5%, RRP £8.55

The Verdejo grapes in this wine were harvested from a small cluster of vineyards in the Rueda region.The vines have an average age of 25years. Expect a fresh, dry white wine with delicate peach flavours and lovely acidity.

1 x Vila Nova 2019 Loureiro Vinho Verde. Portugal, 75cl, 12%, RRP £10.99

If you’re wanting a refreshing, deliciously floral white wine then this is for you. You may not have heard of the Lourerio grape but that’s ok. Ripe citrus and delicately tropical aromas lead onto a textural, mineral palate with bright acidity, mandarin characters and appealing finish.

1 x Bostavan 2017 Feteasca Neagra/Pinot Noir. Moldova, 75cl, 13%, RRP £11.35

Medium-bodied red wine from Moldova, using a blend of the indigenous Feateasca Neagra and world famous Pinot Noir. This wine has a  fine flavour of wild red berries and an underlying tone of blackcurrant and black cherries.

Petit Verdot is seldom used as a single varietal wine, more often it is used in blends. This is an intense, ruby red wine, with concentrated aromas. Upon the nose expect sweet spice followed by dark cherries, black olives and violets.
