Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Blanc

This is a fine example of good regional Burgundy. Nuiton Beaunoy are a group of regional growers, based in the Cote D’or and they produce a variety of wines from Grand Crus to village wines and regional wines. 

This Bourgogne Chardonnay is a great drink. It was aged in stainless steel, as opposed to oak so the natural varietal qualities of the Chardonnay grapes really shine through. It’s buttery, yet light and has a lovely citrus hue.
