This is a richly sweet, naturally fortified Pedro Ximénez sherry from the legendary Delgado Zuleta bodega in Jerez, Andalusia. Made using partially raisined PX grapes, it undergoes prolonged oxidative ageing in a solera system of American oak for around 10–12 years. The result is a luxurious, intensely sweet wine, with superb depth and a velvety texture.

TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
Deep mahogany in colour, this wine bursts with aromas of raisins, dried figs, coffee, and liquorice, alongside hints of spice and oak. On the palate, it is soft, warm and syrupy with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity that gives it volume and a lingering, harmonious finish.
Serve this beauty with rich desserts like sticky toffee pudding, warm fruit cake or chocolate fondant. It is also magnificent with blue cheese, aged cheese, or simply enjoyed solo in a small glass as a contemplative, after-dinner sip.
