TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
Dark cherry red in colour with a garnet rim, the nose shows intense aromas of black fruit, toasted spices, vanilla, liquorice and a subtle dairy note. On the palate, it is powerful and structured: rich black fruit mingles with warm spice and toasted oak, backed by rounded tannins, balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish.
This Reserva pairs beautifully with roasts – think beef fillet, lamb or game – but also complements truffle dishes, smoked fish or aged cheese for a refined dinner.
