TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
This wine shows fresh aromas of white or green fruit (like pear and green apple), citrus (lemon or lime peel), light floral or herbaceous notes, and a subtle mineral or saline signature typical of volcanic terroir. On the palate, it is lively and fresh, with crisp acidity, citrus and orchard‑fruit flavours, a clean texture, and a mineral‑tinged, refreshing finish. Its bright, saline‑mineral edge gives it structure and depth – making it a refined yet easy‑drinking white.
Ideal with seafood dishes – shellfish, grilled or baked fish, calamari – as well as light pasta dishes, vegetable salads, or dishes featuring Mediterranean herbs or citrus. It also pairs nicely with light cheeses, vegetarian dishes, or as a chilled aperitif. Serve well chilled (approx. 8–10 °C) to highlight its freshness, mineral character and citrus‑fruit profile.
