TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
On the nose, you’ll be greeted by fragrant red fruits – raspberry, red currant, and cherry – complemented by floral notes of violet and a hint of Asian spice. There’s also a touch of earthy beetroot and a subtle white pepper presence to round things out.
On the palate, this wine is fresh and lively, with juicy red berries and tart plum at the forefront. The acidity is bright and energetic, balancing soft, fine tannins. The finish is nervy, with a subtle plum-skin grip and delicate spice.
This red pairs brilliantly with lighter, flavourful dishes. Try it with herb-roasted chicken, grilled lamb with rosemary, or a charcuterie board. It also complements Mediterranean tapas or a tomato-based pasta. Serve slightly chilled at around 14–16 °C to bring out its aromatic charm and vibrant fruit.
