TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
Deep black‑purple with an inky core, this port opens with aromas of blueberries, blackberries, liquorice and a mineral iron note. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with silky tannins and intense black fruit framed by cedar, dark cherry, and subtle spice. The finish is long, harmonious and refined, offering lingering dark fruit and a hint of black tea. Pair it with richly flavoured blue cheeses, walnuts or dried figs. It also works beautifully with dark chocolate desserts or by the fire as a contemplative after‑dinner drink.
