Terre Secretes Cremant De Bourgogne

Terres Secretes is a winery, based in the Macconais region of Burgundy. Across, the region they have over 350 growers situated in all areas, including Pouilly Fuise and Saint Veran.

This Cremant de Bourgogne is a fantastic alternative to Champagne. It is made from blend of primarily Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, however small parcels of Aligote and Gamay are permitted. The addition of these grapes help add lovely fruit forward aromas, while complimenting the lovely toast, biscuit and yeasty  notes that come with traditional method secondary fermentation.
