TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
This wine shows an intense ruby-red colour with violet reflections. On the nose, expect expressive aromas of black mulberry, plum, and deep red fruit, mingled with herbs such as rosemary and sage. The palate is young and vibrant, with juicy fruit and soft, gentle tannins – it feels fresh but well-structured.
Timperosse pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine: try it with seared tuna, roasted poultry, grilled pork, or aged cheeses. It also works well with mushroom-based dishes or hearty pasta. Serve it at around 14‑16 °C to bring out its fruit intensity and herbal complexity.
