TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
Château du Seuil opens with aromas of citrus fruit, white‑flower florals, and fresh herbs, accompanied by subtle honeyed or waxy notes and a touch of lees‑driven texture. On the palate, it is bright and vibrant, offering flavours of lemon, green apple, citrus zest and a clean mineral backbone, finishing with fresh acidity and a slightly saline or chalky minerality typical of Graves whites.
This wine pairs beautifully with seafood – oysters, shellfish, grilled fish – as well as light poultry dishes, creamy fish pastas, or fresh vegetarian dishes. It also works well as a chilled aperitif. Serve chilled at about 9–11 °C to highlight its freshness, citrus‑mineral character, and aromatic complexity.
