TASTING NOTES & IDEAL PAIRINGS
On the nose, you’ll find ripe dark fruit aromas – plum, blackberry, and a hint of red berries – alongside subtle chocolate and tobacco notes. On the palate, the wine is juicy and well-balanced, with soft tannins and good acidity that give it a fresh, lively feel. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasing, velvety texture and a touch of spice.
This Malbec pairs beautifully with red meats, such as grilled steak or lamb chops, as well as with pasta in rich tomato sauce. It also works very well with mature cheeses like Manchego or aged cheddar. Serve it at around 16 °C to let the fruit and subtle oak shine through.
