Greyfriars English Pinot Gris shows fresh aromas of citrus and stone fruit, opening with notes of juicy pear, soft apple, and a hint of lemon zest. On the palate, it is dry with a light, soft body and delivers a clean, crisp finish that makes it easy to enjoy.
This wine pairs beautifully with light seafood dishes – such as grilled fish, shellfish or seafood salads – as well as green salads, light pastas, and goat cheese.
